About Me
I'm Stacy Koch, a Clinical Social Work Therapist dedicated to helping others thrive. Over the last 25 years, I've been committed to serving my clients, all with the ultimate aim of supporting you on your journey to wellness.
Creating a safe and validating space is fundamental to my practice. I deeply value collaboration and strength-building, guiding you with compassion and expertise to uncover and address underlying patterns and challenges. By integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, I aim to deeply understand the issues you face and equip you with effective skills to independently manage and overcome these challenges.
In addition to therapy techniques, I emphasize the importance of coping mechanisms like mindfulness and self-compassion. These skills are not just tools; they're empowering practices that enable you to navigate life's complexities with resilience and grace.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I find joy in spending time with my family, staying active through exercise, catching up with friends, and sharing special moments with my dog.
I look forward to connecting with you,
Stacy Koch
